I believe you must bring your whole self to the table if you want to thrive in today’s crazy world; your personality, your sense of humor, and most importantly, your heart. All of these elements brought me to found The Ugly Duckling Chat.
Why "The Ugly Duckling" Chat? Well, that is where it all started for me. Growing up, always known as the the ugly duckling, facing so many challenges in my life, but somehow blossomed into the the fearless person I am today who's a fitness & wellness coach and a free spirited woman living her life in positivity and gratitude everyday.
And a reminder to the women out there, we may sometimes feel like ugly ducklings, but there’s always time to blossom into the swan you were meant to be.

So this blog is just my way of giving thanks to my past and making good with not just my future, but aspire to help those around me.
